Just saw the movie about an hour ago and I have to say that it was one of the saddest movies I've ever saw. I mean, I remember being there during every step of Biggies career. Watching videos, listening to his music, reading articles....I was the ultimate Biggie fan. So the movie hit hard because it's like man, he didn't have to die like that. On top of that he was just so talented. Hearing his music again just brought me back. Seeing him performing in the Junior Mafia black leather and with the suits on was just classic. No one is doing it like that, and no one ever will.

If I had to rate the movie on a scale from 1-10, I'd say it was an 8. Really good movie, actors were pretty good, only thing is it didn't tell us any more than what we already know.

What are your thoughts?

I just got done watching this movie and I thought that this movie was really good. Biggie was very talented and it was just amazing on how someone or something can change your life. The only bad thing about it is that they should have went further into details of his life and how things happened and should have elaborated more on how he ended up dead. The only reason I say that is because there are people out that that don't know who Biggie is and don't know his music and that would help people understand him and his situation.

Great movie, this is a touching film!!! I give it a 8 as well.

Now they need a Big Pun, Big L, Jam Master J, and of course a 2 Pac Bio! :)

I saw the movie twice so far - Once with my gurl and once with my man!
I agree, great movie, but like said as well, wish it had more info that we didnt already know. It did put some peices of the puzzle together for me though and I didn't know BIG n Lil Kim's whole situation, just knew they dated.
Will def b one I buy on BlueRay to add to my movie collection!
I did read somewhere that someone who assisted making the BIG movie is also in the works to do more like Big Pun etc. and isn't the one for 2Pac - Ressurection???

this was a really great movie, but after first all i could think is wheres the tupac movie? But with all that aside, the movie was dope. Definitely touching at times, it was also funny times, especially that class room scene. id give it a 8.4 on my dope-movie-meter!

Personally I just thought the movie was ok. Now I see why Lil'Kim is mad. Us af fans thought there relationship was more than what we seen on the screen??? I never was a Biggie fan I always prefered pac, but if shit went down the way it went in the movie I understand Biggie a lot more today and have more respect for him. I think the movie could have been a lil more deeper. The Tupac charactor didn't seem to fit pac as Biggies charactor did. No one deserve to die like that but we live in surreal world.
it was a great movie!!
