About Me:: Casadon has positioned himself as one of the top hip hop artist currently out the Midwest. With his bass heavy beats and smooth laid back flow combined with his unique voice make him somewhat of a stand out from your usual rap artist. And his confidence shines from his lyrical delivery to his stage presence. Originally from small city Waterloo IA, as a youth he witnessed the typical plagues of gangs, drugs, and crime that usually accompany only larger cities. In a 14-month period, Waterloo police were sent to 210 reports of gunshots, the majority of which were in neighborhoods with high gang activity. With the increasing trouble in the neighborhood his mother decided to move him and his 3 sisters to the Twin Cities for better jobs, and living environment. Influenced by his cousin to pursuit his rapping career he began taking it seriously once in the Twin Cities. In the beginning his exposure was credited to his own efforts by releasing various tracks, and jumping on as many small local shows as possible. Shortly after Indie label Nu Music Group was formed which enabled him to now release his tracks under company guidance. His first album being a demo and used as a promotional tool for his debut album --waitin-- released late 2006 gained him popularity almost instantly. 2007 he caught the attention of the marketing manager of promotional marketing company Blue Diamond Entertainment. --His skills were there from the start and he had the confidence and determination to go somewhere, all he needed was promotion-- He soon was set up with a promotional deal which would expose his skills to the masses like never before. Blue Diamond Entertainment together with Nu Music Group released his full lengthed album --Waitin-- of August 2007. Since then his popularity soared and gained him repeated radio spins, top 3 Minnesota artist for Source Magazine Unsigned Hype, DVD features, numerous shows, and performances at the Minneapolis debut for Hot Import Nights. Casadon also spearheads the Below Zero Hustlas that --is a movement which consists of individuals who have been through the struggle of hustling whether legally or illegally in order to provide the necessities to survive the below zero degree whether of the Midwest streets--. With the confidence and attitude necessary for success, proper marketing, and a following of fellow BZH members his future is bright. Just how long he--ll be --waitin-- for stardom is only a matter of time.
