CAUGHT ON TAPE... AGAIN: MINNEAPOLIS POLICE TASER UNARMED MAN
Here we go again! Another incident involving Minneapolis' Finest. New footage released today of Rolando Ruiz being tasered by a Minneapolis Police Officer while his hands were on the hood of a squad car. According to Hatefree TV, the attorney for Rolando Ruiz is asking the city for $75,000 and is demanding that the officer be reprimanded immediately.
