Born Dimitrius Stephens, Dee Bomb started to develop the skills to rap at the age of 8 while living in Detroit, MI. By 1997, he moved back to Minneapolis, MN. (Where he is originally from.), to display his talent to his classmates and in the hallways of school. He continued to do so until the year 2000, Dee Bomb decided to make music for a living, so he began to write full songs, all types from lyrical to club tracks. In 2002, He met Ryan "Dj Breaka" Smith and built a studio using cakewalk and a stage microphone. By 2003 he released his first single and song ever recorded 'Dangerous' which was a success through out the neighborhood. Releasing a few mixtapes including "Bomb Threat", Dee Bomb has grown to gain notice in many areas such as his single, 'That's Wicked' rank 3 in the state of Minnesota on Soundclick.com in 2005, Nominated for 'Twin Cities Next Up' at the 2008 Twin Cities Hip Hop Awards, and is currently gaining national exposure off of his recent mixtape, "Nothing to Lose" (Which Is Available Now On Datpiff.com). He is currently working on his debut album, "Everything to Gain" and other mixtapes as well. With Minnesota supporting him, many will follow Tha Threat.
