About Me:: Born keven williams march 30.1987 in sacromento,california keven was born in to music, his mother was just starting her career as a gospel singer so music was apart of his life from his first day. later in milliondollarkids life his father left at 7 but before that he was in and out of the house so kid was forced to be a leader at a young age. Growing up in the mean streets of California kid got involved in the ganglife with the neighborhood gang 57th street crip’s. at an early age he was always seen with his father around the robbery’s and killing’s it was almost like a common thing in california until at 14 kid and his father were shot. Lucky kid ducked to save his life but it was almost a reality check and one more chance to follow what god had planned for him, spend days in the hospital with his father he realized that his talent was way more important then the streets. A couple of months later he would move to minnesota and pursue his career, he would battle kids anywhere it didn’t matter also was known to be very athletic and as popularity grew around all of the highschools kid would grow confidence in his music. Threwout highschool he would do talent show’s and win everything that said sign up he was there. kid then teamed up with his first cousin O.N.E to form the group blackout they would later come out with one mixtape tape which sold 700 copies in the neighborhood in 3 weeks. Later the group would break up and kid would join the midwest mafia a group that included diamond levy a.k.a flaw and walter taylor a.k.a trouble after a former memeber departed from the group. The group’s first performance was at Central highschool where 20 percent of there fans came from, the mafia put on a classic show and it was greatness in the makin they would later record what they dubbed "the best shit ever" in the basement of one of the members former prouducers. The group is now working on mixtapes and albums and the friendship moved from friends to brothers, just starting off 2008 the group decided it was time for a change "out with the old and in with the new", they changed their name to "THE NEW ERA" with there self titled album called "sounds of a new era". 2008 the group proclaimed this year "their year".
