CAUGHT ON TAPE... AGAIN: MINNEAPOLIS POLICE TASER UNARMED MAN
Here we go again! Another incident involving Minneapolis' Finest. New footage released today of Rolando Ruiz being tasered by a Minneapolis Police Officer while his hands were on the hood of a squad car. According to Hatefree TV, the attorney for Rolando Ruiz is asking the city for $75,000 and is demanding that the officer be reprimanded immediately.

horrible! I moved to MPLS going on 2 yrs ago and I swear I stepped back into the 1800's with the race relations some days. It's crazy how oppressed the minority communities are & how these type of incidents not only happen but are kept quiet. This vid is from April.but it's just making headlines...have these cops been suspended since or back on the streets? I hope nothing too bad has to happen before things start to improve
